Since UrbanToronto’s last update in February, 2026, 50-storey Kipling Station Condos has topped off, its crane has been dismantled, and a colourful mural has been painted across the west face of its podium. Designed by B+H Architects for CentreCourt, the development rises north of Kipling station in Etobicoke’s intensifying Six Points neighbourhood, placing it steps from TTC subway and bus services, GO Transit, and MiWay bus connections.
In July, 2026, this drone view captured the 50-storey tower that had topped off in May, with its west elevation at left and south elevation at right. Charcoal-grey pre-finished aluminum panels, window wall glazing, and stacked projecting balconies climb to the exposed cast-in-place concrete mechanical penthouse, while the crane remained in place overhead. The three-storey podium, with a broad white-painted wall along its west elevation, awaited its artwork. Immediately to the west, Hydro One’s transmission towers, recently replaced, mark corridor upgrades associated with the utility’s Etobicoke Greenway Project.
