Fresh renderings reveal revised plans for two University of Toronto residences that will add 1,206 beds to the St George campus.
New Harbord Residence at 40–56 Harbord Street is a 13-storey residence intended primarily for graduate students, designed by Danish firm COBE Architects, with Toronto-based architects—Alliance as architect of record. Meanwhile, architects—Alliance has also designed a 49-storey residence intended primarily for undergraduate students at 167–171 College Street, at its southwest corner with McCaul Street. Both are being advanced by U of T and private partner Tricon Living.
